Automation
I focus on learning new things in cloud technology. This helps me and the organization be aligned with the latest industry trends, making us competitive and experts. Another motivation for me is to meet the delivery expectations from the client within the deadline.
I would like to contribute to projects that help CloudifyOps grow as an organization. I want to work outside India, either in a CloudifyOps office abroad or a client location.
I was new to the field when I joined CloudifyOps. From there, I have grown to become a technical expert whom everyone reaches out to for technical advice.
Continuous feedback.
I was encouraged to build many proofs of concepts in different areas, which helped me learn various advanced concepts. I have trained team members on Terraform.
As a fresher, I was guided by Drashti Punjabi, our Associate Director – Delivery, for a global digital agency project. I then worked with Sushanth Bellapu, our Founder and CTO, for 6 months on many projects and learned a lot. I have been working on one of our biggest projects for more than 3 years. I also help the team with technical issues and guide them through using different tools.

The culture at CloudifyOps is that of a family, welcoming and helpful. Everyone is ready to help each other.
Everyone is supportive and encourages sharing knowledge. Most importantly, everyone is friendly.
I started my career here, working alongside our CTO and Founder, Sushanth, and our Associate Director of Delivery, Drashti. They are friendly and approachable, unlike typical manager-subordinate relationships. Our CEO, Vaithee is open to any questions we may have. Adarsh, our Associate Director of Delivery, also interacts more like a friend than a senior person in the organization.
I learned to integrate Terraform Vault with Kubernetes for deployment.
We are supported by the leads to learn continuously. The training initiatives at CloudifyOps are good.
I am currently preparing for CKA, Terraform, and AWS Associate certifications.
Knowing the basics is very important to do well in a field. Learn the basics well and you can grow your skills from there.
